Stephanie brings a powerful blend of executive leadership, asset management expertise, and deep local roots to the team. Raised right here in this diverse market, she possesses an intuitive, lifelong understanding of the local community and its unique real estate landscape. Stephanie has spent over a decade excelling in property management and residential operations with a vast array of markets from New York to California and even some global footprints with international partnerships.

Currently, her direct role is a Regional Director for Woodruff Property Management Company (WPMC), where she oversees high-level asset management for investment properties, maximizing value and driving operational excellence. She also oversees HOA Board’s within WPMC to ensure adequate operations and ensure our homeowners are satisfied. She is now bringing that same strategic, big-picture expertise to the sales side as our Listing Coordinator. In this role, she serves as the organizational engine behind the scenes, ensuring every property is meticulously positioned, beautifully showcased, and seamlessly transitioned to the active market.
